摘　　要：目标管理作为一种现代科学管理理论在高等院校管理中的应用越来越广泛,并且取得了明显的实效。共建高校全面推行目标管理,是加强内涵建设,提升核心竞争力的有效途径。因此,要结合学校发展的实际,实施管理创新,构建适合共建高校自身发展需要的目标管理制度。As a modern scientific management theory,target management is widely applied in higher education management,which has made significant effectiveness.Full implementation of target management in a university is an effective way to strengthen the quality construction and enhance the core competitiveness.Therefore,with the actual development of our university,innovation of management and target management system of construction is compatible to development needs of their own.
