摘　　要：针对含有逆向物流的库存管理问题,把逆向物流纳入到整个库存当中来考虑,分析了库存控制的成本构成,在假设回收的物品经过修复后可以无差别回到销售领域的条件下,运用蒙特卡罗方法进行数值仿真,得到了成本最小的库存控制参数.In view of the problems in inventory control with reverse logistics, this paper analyzes the cost elements by taking the withdrawal into the whole inventory. On condition that the defective product is permitted to be sold as new product after being repaired, we managed to obtain the controls parameters of the minimal cost through Monte Carlo method to numerically simulate the situation of inventory control.
