摘 要:金属导电玻璃纤维由于导电性能好、密度低、成本低、易于与树脂结合,成为一种优良的导电填料,可以用作电磁屏蔽材料或吸波材料。采用化学镀方法在玻璃纤维表面可以获得多种类型的合金镀层,以满足相应需要。论述了玻璃纤维表面镀覆不同合金的化学镀及其前处理工艺,介绍各种工艺的特点和镀层性能及其用途。Metallized glass fiber has many advantages, such as good conductivity, low intensity, low price and good combination with resin as they combine the properties of glass fiber and the metal together. The conductive glass fiber would be used as a kind of filler of the absorbing electromagnetic wave. Electroless plating can obtain all kinds of alloy coatings on glass fiber surface to meet relevant needs. The paper reviews the techniques of electroless different alloys plating on glass fiber surface, as well as the pre-treatment. Further, the characteristics of techniques are summarized, and properties and utilizations of products are introduced.
