摘 要:采用无钯活化的化学镀方法制备出镀银玻璃纤维,分别用X射线衍射(XRD)仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行表征。通过单因素分析的方法研究还原剂种类、氢氧化钠浓度、温度、装载量对镀银玻璃纤维电阻率的影响。结果表明,无钯活化预处理及葡萄糖还原剂适用于玻璃纤维化学镀,随着氢氧化钠浓度、温度、装载量的增加,镀银玻璃纤维的镀层厚度不断增加,但镀层的均匀度与致密度随之下降。因素中还原剂种类对电阻率的影响最大。Silver-coated glass fiber was prepared by electroless plating without using conventional palladium chloride solution activator The appearance and the component of the fiber was analysed by SEM and XRD. A single factor analysis method was carried out to minimize the resistivity of the fibers, by optimizing the reaction parameters such as the variety of reducer, the reaction temperature, concentration of sodium hydroxide and glass loading. The results show that the Pd-free activation pre-treatment was suitable for electroless silver plating on glass fiber. The proper reaction parameter could significantly decrease the resistivity and the surface roughness of silver-coated glass fiber. It was found that the variety of reducer was the most important factor.
