摘 要:采用高温固相法合成了Eu2+,Mn2+共激活的Ba3Ca4Mg(SiO4)4荧光粉,讨论了其光谱性能和晶体结构。光谱测试结果显示,该荧光粉在近紫外光激发下能够发射出波长430~700nm的宽峰,由460,495,595nm等多峰叠加而成,其激发光谱在250~450nm均有较强的吸收;通过X射线衍射数据分析,该荧光粉存在两种晶相,分别是BaCa2Mg(SiO4)2和Ba1.31Ca0.69SiO4。变化Mn2+浓度能够对荧光粉的色温(CCT)、显色指数(CRI)和色坐标进行调节。其中Ba3Ca4Mg(SiO4)4:0.08Eu2+,0.13Mn2+荧光粉的CCT6592K、CRI84.3、色坐标(0.3137,0.3118)与日光色(CCT6500K;色坐标(0.3030,0.3370))的白光参数较接近,是一种适合于近紫外光芯片InGaN激发的WLED用全色荧光粉。A full-color phosphors, Eu^2+and Mn^2+ co-doped Ba3Ca4Mg(SiO4)4 were synthesized by high-temperature and solid-state reaction. Luminescence properties and crystal structure of the phosphors were investigated. The experimental result show that the phosphors emitted wave-band from 430 nm to 700 nm excited by near-UV light, overlapped with 460, 495, 595 nm peaks, and the excitation spectra between 250 nm and 450 nm have strong absorption. By X-ray diffraction data analysis, the phosphors had two kinds of crystal phase, which were BaCa2Mg(SiO4)2 and Bal.31Ca0.69SiO4. Changing of the concentration of Mn^2+ can adjust color temperature(CCT), color rendering index(CRI) and color coordinates. The white-light parameter of CCT=6592 K, CRI=84.3, and color coordinates (0.3137, 0.3118) of the phosphor Ba3Ca4Mg(SiO4)4:0.08Eu^2+,0.13Mn^2+ is similar to that of daylight (CCT 6500 K; color coordinates(0.3030, 0.3370)), which is suitable for full-color phosphor for white-LED excited by near-UV InGaN chip.
