摘 要:在真空条件下用感应区域熔炼法对工业纯铜(99.99%)进行提纯。采用旋转样品的方式有效减小熔区宽度并加大了熔区的搅拌。ICP-AES结果表明区熔对Mo、Fe、W、Cr去除效果明显,纯度最终达到99.997%。结合溶质分配系数k计算了区熔后铜中杂质的分布情况,计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。Copper (99.9%) was purified by zone refining technique in vacuum environment. The length of the molten zone is reduced by rotating copper rod, and at the same time a efficient stirring is applied. The analytical results of inductively coupled plasma atom emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) show that the majority of the impurities such as Mo, Fe, W and Cr were drastically reduced and the refined copper has a purity level of 99.997% after 15 pass. The simulation shows that experiment results can be explained well by effective distribution coefficient k.
