摘 要:采用修正的Cam-Clay模型,在ABAQUS软件中实现了对选择性激光烧结零件冷等静压过程的有限元模拟。通过冷等静压实验获得了材料的硬化曲线。并将实验结果与模拟结果进行比较,两者符合得较好,说明所用的模型适用于不锈钢粉末的冷等静压过程。通过正交实验对模型参数的敏感性进行分析,结果表明硬化规律是影响实验结果的最重要因素。通过模拟可以为产品的尺寸和形状设计提供有益的指导,并且可推广到更复杂零件的模拟。A finite element simulation for cold isostatic pressing of selective laser sintered stainless parts was conducted. The modified Cam-Clay model and ABAQUS software were used during the simulation. A hardening curve of the material was attained by cold isostatic pressing experiments. The achieved geometries and the predictions were compared indicating a good agreement. The results show the model is proper to the cold isostatic pressing of selective laser sintered stainless parts. The sensibility of the simulation results to parameters of the model was discussed by orthogonal array method. The results show the hardening curve is the most important factor of all. The simulations could give a useful instruction to designs of dimension and shape of the parts. The method can also be extended to more complex shape part.
