糖敏灵丸对新诊断2型糖尿病伴代谢综合征患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察糖敏灵丸对新诊断2型糖尿病伴代谢综合征患者β细胞功能的影响。方法采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的研究方法 ,纳入80例患者,随机分为治疗组(口服糖敏灵丸)及对照组(口服安慰剂),比较服药12周前后患者糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、腰围、体重指数、血脂、血压及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA2-IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(HOMA2-S)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA2-B)的变化。结果糖敏灵丸可有效控制患者的空腹、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白,同时减小患者的腰围,改善HOMA2-IR、HOMA2-S、HOMA2-B水平,但对血压和血脂的影响不显著。结论糖敏灵丸可明显改善新诊断2型糖尿病伴代谢综合征患者的各项指标,保护胰岛β细胞功能。Objective To observe the impact of Tangminling Pills on β-cell function of patients with initial type 2 diabetes combined metabolism syndrome. Methods Randomized, double blinded, controlled clinical trail recruited 80 cases, which were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients were treated with Tangminling Pills 12 g tid （treated group） or placebo tablets 12 g tid （controlled group）. FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1c, WC, BMI, TG, HDL-C, SBP, DBP and HOMA2-IR, HOMA2-S, HOMA2-B of the two groups were compared after 12 weeks. Results After treatment, HbA1c, FBG, 2 h PG and WC of the treated group were markedly reduced （P〈0.05）, and HOMA2-IR, HOMA2-S, HOMA2-B declined distinctly （P〈0.05）, while blood lipid and blood pressure were not. Conclusions Tangminling Pills can improve the indexes of patients with initial type 2 diabetes combined metabolism syndrome, and protect β-cell function.
