消痰通络凝胶外用治疗癌性疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药外用制剂消痰通络凝胶对癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将46例癌性疼痛患者随机分为中药组(外用消痰通络凝胶)22例、西药组(口服硫酸吗啡控释片)24例,评价消痰通络凝胶对癌性疼痛的疗效、药物起效时间、不良反应、NRS评分、生活质量。结果中药组与西药组癌性疼痛的总有效率分别为86.37%与95.83%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药组起效时间为(10.00±4.50)min,较西药组(30.27±5.26)min明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组用药后较用药前NRS评分、卡氏评分、疼痛对患者日常生活的影响分值均下降(P<0.05),疗效基本与西药组相当;中药组未发现明显不良反应。结论消痰通络凝胶对癌性疼痛有明确疗效,可以改善患者的生存质量,是治疗癌性疼痛的有效方法之一。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaotan Tongluo Gel in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods Forty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 22 cases in treatment group （external application of Xiaotan Tongluo Gel）, 24 cases in control group （oral administration of MS Contin）. The difference between two groups in efficacy of cancer pain, drug onset time, NRS score, quality of life and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86.37% in treatment group and 95.83% in control group （P〉0.05）. Medicines onset time was 10.00±4.50 minutes in treatment group, compared with 30.27±5.26 minutes in control group, it was significantly shorter （P〈0.05）. After treatment, NRS score, KPS score, the impact score of patients’ daily life in the treatment group were lowered （P〈0.05）. There were no side effects in treatment group. Conclusion Xiaotan Tongluo Gel has definite effect in the treatment of cancer pain, it can improve the quality of life. It is one of the effective methods in treating cancer pain.
