摘  要:目的探讨运动性疲劳对大鼠谷氨酸(GLU)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体含量的影响及复方中药的调节作用。方法应用力竭性游泳方法制造疲劳大鼠模型,分为正常对照组、模型组、疏肝中药组、健脾中药组、补肾中药组,每组6只,用免疫组化法观察大鼠脑组织涂片细胞数目的方法进行评定。结果模型组大鼠海马GLU受体与正常对照组比较都呈下降趋势,而GABA受体含量呈上升趋势,纹状体模型组NR1和NR2A受体与正常对照组比较升高,GABA受体升高,疏肝、健脾中药复方对其有较好的调节作用。结论运动性疲劳大鼠可用疏肝、健脾的方法来调节及体内GLU、GABA受体含量。Objective To study the amount of GLU and GABA receptor in brain of sport fatigue rat and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Method Sport fatigue model rats were made with exhaustive swimming. Rats were divided into normal group, model group, three Chinese medicine groups with tonifying speen, soothing liver and reinforcing kidney respectively, 6 rats in each group. The assessment was made through watching cell number of brain tissue smear by means of immunity differentiation. Result Hippocampus GLU receptor content showed a declining tendency in the model group compared with other groups, while GABA receptor content showed increasing tendency. In corpora striatum model, NR1 and NR2 receptor raised compared with other groups, while GABA receptor increased, soothing liver and tonifying spleen traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions had a better moderating effect. Conclusion GLU and GABA receptor content of sports fatigue rats can be adjusted through soothing liver and tonifying spleen.
