摘　　要：分析了基于快速成型的快速夹具设计的研究背景,提出了基于快速成型的快速夹具设计方法,给出了快速夹具的组成,并对关键部分进行详细阐述。在此基础上,在UG/OPEN API的平台上开发了基于参数化的快速夹具设计系统,并进行了验证。This paper firstly analyzes the research background of rapid fixture design which based on rapid prototyping technology, then presents a design method for this rapid fixture, the detailed composition of rapid fixture has been given, and for each part are expounded. On this basis, the rapid fixture design method based on parameterization is analyzed, at last a rapid fixture design system is developed and verified upon the platform of UG / OPEN API.
