摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定阿普唑仑片的含量。采用C18柱,磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0±0.1)-乙腈-THF(76:21:3)为流动相,流速2.0ml/min,检测波长254nm。阿普唑仑在2～200μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。两厂家样品的平均回收率为100.4%和101.4%,RSD为1.8%和0.5%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of alprazolam tablets.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of phosphate buffer（pH 6.0±0.1）-acetonitrile-THF（76：21：3）.The flowing rate was 2.0 ml/min,at the detection wavelength of 254 nm.The calibration curve of alprazolam was linear in the concentration range of 2-200 μg/ml（r = 0.999 9）.The average recoveries of two products from different company were 100.4%（RSD 1.8%） and 101.4%（RSD 0.5%）.
