摘　　要：农杆菌介导转基因技术最近几年取得很大进展,为了推动我国水稻转基因研究工作,对农杆菌介导转基因的原理、实验研究过程和各种影响因素进行了综述。Establishment of high efficiency Agrobacterium mediated transgenic techniques has greatly accelerated the widespread application of transgene in rice.For a better understanding about this technology,the history and principles of the Agrobacterium mediated transgenic techniques and each genetic factor that affecting transformation efficiency were presented.
