摘 要:通过长达27 a的棕壤定位试验,研究了长期不同施肥后棕壤微生物量碳的变化及其与土壤理化性质和作物产量的关系。研究结果表明,长期施用化肥或有机肥均能明显提高土壤微生物量碳含量,以有机肥、有机肥与化肥配施处理效果最为显著,土壤微生物量碳较对照增加了0.74~2倍;土壤微生物量碳与土壤肥力指标(除全钾、速效钾外)呈显著相关性;微生物量碳含量可以作为预测作物产量水平的指标。Changes of microbial biomass C under different long-term fertilizations and its relation with soil physical and chemical properties and crop yield in brown soil were investigated through 27 years long-term field trials.The results showed that microbial biomass C increased in long-term chemical fertilizer treatment and long-term organic manure treatments,especially in organic manure treatment and combining treatment of organic manure and chemical fertilizer,which increased by 0.74 to 2 times than that of control;there was a significant correlation between microbial biomass C and soil fertility index(except soil total K and Available K);the amount of microbial biomass C can indicate crop yield.
