摘　　要：概述了水稻白叶枯病与插入序列(Insertion sequence,简称IS)的定义及相互联系。插入序列的研究在防治水稻白叶枯病上有重要意义,并可应用于各种致病型的水稻白叶枯菌的鉴定等。The definitions of Xanthomonas,oryzae pv.oryzae（Xoo） and insertion sequence were summarized,and the relationship between them was also described.The insertion sequence plays a important role in the control of Xoo,which could be used to identify each pathotype of Xoo.
