摘　　要：以直齿圆锥齿轮为研究对象,使用三维设计软件Pro/E,通过分析直齿圆锥齿轮各个参数之间的关系,对直齿圆锥齿轮进行了参数化设计。参数化后的直齿圆锥齿轮可以通过改变各个相应驱动参数,能够快速得到不同参数的圆锥齿轮零件,体现了参数化设计快捷的优点。并对直齿圆锥齿轮进行快速原型制造,为企业在产品开发中提供宏观上的模型,减少了企业开发新产品的成本和缩短了产品设计、制造的周期。To straight bevel gear for the study,the use of three-dimensional design software Pro/E,through the analysis of straight bevel gear the relationship between various parameters of the straight bevel gear for the parametric design.After the parameters of the straight bevel gear can be driven accordingly by changing the various parameters,different parameters can quickly get the bevel gear parts,embodies the design parameters of the advantages of fast.Straight bevel gear and rapid prototype manufacturing,product development for the enterprise to provide macro-level model,a reduction of corporate costs to develop new products and shorten the product design,manufacturing cycle.
