摘　　要：分析了散装水泥车罐体在实际设计中遇到的诸如设计过程繁杂等设计现状后,论述了建立散装水泥车罐体快速设计系统的重要性。文中将变型设计的理念融入罐体设计中,提出了快速设计系统建立的基本思想,阐述了快速设计系统的结构及实现方法。研究与实践证明,该系统不仅提高了企业产品设计快速响应能力,而且也大大地减轻了设计人员的工作量,缩短设计周期,增加企业竞争力。同时,本系统的基本建构思想也适用于其他结构相对固定、变化小的产品的设计过程。The design status and existing problems in Bulk-cement Delivery Tankers were studied in this paper,and then discussed the importance to construct the Rapid Design of Bulk-cement Delivery Tankers.Based on variant design,the rapid design system of bulk-cement delivery tankers was proposed,and expounded the architecture and the key implement of this rapid design system.Research and practice show that this rapid design can not only improve enterprises＇rapid feedback abilities,but also save the de-signer＇s time and cost,shorten design period as well as.As a result,the enterprises＇competition ability is enhanced.Meanwhile,the proposal can be applied to the design of the mechanical objects of similar struc-tures with few changes.
