摘　　要：基于单个产品的装配设计模式使产品开发技术的生命周期变短,无形增加了产品的成本,而系列化设计在一定程度上解决了上述不足,且延长并优化了同类产品的技术开发手段。本文以起重机电缆滑车为例,旨在寻求一种新式的设计思路,充分利用系列化产品的自身特性,注重可复用的辅助设计思想,以便于实现和推广该系列化产品快速装配设计模式。The assembled design mode based on single product leads to short life cycle and cost in-crease of product development technology,but series design solves the deficiency in a certain extent,pro-longs and optimizes the development means.It supplies a new design idea by researching the cable pully under fully considering series and reusability,in order to realize and extend the speedy assembled design mode for series product.
