海南岛雷电灾害特征及易损性分析区划

摘　　要：利用海南岛18个气象台站2003～2009年雷暴日及典型雷电灾害资料,在统计分析海南岛雷灾分布特征的基础上,从灾害易损性角度出发,对海南岛雷电灾害易损性差别进行研究,对各种易损性指标进行综合评估,初步形成海南岛雷灾易损性区划。结果表明,海南岛雷灾集中发生在4～9月份;多发生在下午;无防雷条件或条件差的露天野外和简易工棚等地是雷击事故造成人员伤亡的主要发生地点;地理位置、人口密度和经济发展状况等因素一定程度上影响着雷击灾害的发生及损失程度;形成的海南岛雷灾易损度区域划分图,为区域防雷减灾规划提供了科学依据。Based on the thunderstorm days data and typical lightning data from 18 meteorological stations during 2003～2009 in Hainan,analyzing on the distribution characteristic of lighting disaster.The difference between Lightning disaster vulnerabilities were studied,comprehensive assessment of various vulner-ability indicators were conducted to get the divisions of lightning vulnerability.The results showed that the lighting was likely to occur between April and September,especially in the afternoon;the places where lighting occurred were mainly at outdoors and accommodation work shed where the lighting protection condition was poor;degree of lighting and damage were affected by the factors of location,population density and state of economic development in some degree.As a result,the regionalism pictures of lighting vulnerability draw on the basis of these results could offer science basis for the program for lighting disaster reducing
