摘  要:回转液压缸是数控车床的功能部件,它通过拉杆驱动动力卡盘夹紧工件。高速回转液压缸内集成了由两个液控单向阀组成的液压锁,对液压缸保压。常用的试验装置无法在高速旋转的工况下进行液压锁的保压试验。设计提出高速回转液压缸保压性能的动态试验装置,在拉杆上布置应变片测量推拉力,利用非接触式的旋转变压耦合器传输电能和信号。由于供电和信号传输是非接触的、具有无摩擦磨损、干扰小的优点,最高转速达到10000r/min。最后利用该装置试验高速回转液压缸的保压性能,试验结果表明,静态时保压性能良好的回转液压缸,旋转时可能保压失败。In a CNC lathe, a rotary cylinder drives a power chuck to clamp a workpiece by a pull rod. There is a hydraulic lock which is composed of two pilot controlled check valves in the rotary cylinder to retain pressure. It is necessary to test the performance of the hydraulic lock at the highest rotary speed of the rotary cylinder. But classical test rigs can only work at 0 r/min. A dynamic test device which can test the performance of the hydraulic lock at 10 000 r/min was designed. The output force of the rotary cylinder was measured by strain gauges. The electrical energy and signal were transfered by two rotary transformers with non-contact manner. The experiments illustrate that a rotary cylinder which retains pressure well at 0 r/min may fail to retain pressure when it is rotary.
