摘  要:建立压降检漏系统的数学模型,得出温度变化、压力变化以及实际漏率之间的关系,提出直压检漏系统中基于检测压力条件下容腔漏率检测的校正方法,并分析温度变化对差压检漏系统检测结果的影响。仿真结果验证基于检测压力条件下的漏率计算公式是有效的,表明差压检测法测得的泄漏量比实际泄漏量大。研究结果为压降检漏系统温度校正的深入研究提供参考。The mathematical model of pressure-based air leak detector was established. The relationships of temperature, pres- sure and leak rate were presented. The temperature compensation of leak detection based on the detected pressure was proposed in the direct-pressure-based air leak detector. The influence of temperature change on the result of differential pressure measurement was ana- lyzed. The simulation results verify the validity of the formula of leak rate based on the detected pressure in the direct-pressure-based air leak detector and show that the testing leakage is bigger than real leakage in differential pressure measurement.
