摘　　要：介绍了一种新型水润滑动静压径向滑动轴承综合性能试验台的组成和工作原理,试验台由机械系统、液压系统和信号测试系统组成。机械系统主要包括箱体、主轴、待测滑动轴承、轴承座、加载缸体等。液压系统包含采用同一水液压泵供水的润滑系统和加载系统,通过调节和控制液压系统可以改变滑动轴承的润滑方式,即动压润滑、静压润滑或动静压混合润滑3种方式,同时可以实现待测轴承的无级平滑加载。测试系统包括传感器、数据采集卡和显示设备,传感器信号通过数据采集卡输入到计算机中进行处理,以图形化的形式动态或静态地显示滑动轴承的各项性能参数的变化。A water-lubricated hydrodynamic and hydrostatic radial journal bearing test-bed was designed. It is composed of a mechanical system, a hydraulic system and a signal testing system. The shaft driven by an electric motor is supported by a radial journal bearing installed in a bearing bracket. The bearing bracket is placed in a loading barrel fixed in a housing seat, and a hydrostatic chamber is formed between them. Pressurized water from the hydraulic system is connected to the chamber, which implements loading. The hydraulic system consists of a lubrication system and a loading system, which shares one water hydraulic pump. It can achieve hydrodynamic and hydrostatic lubrication via adjustment of related hydraulic components. The signal testing system includes sensors, a data collection system and display equipment. The signals of sensors are input into the computer for further processing via a data collection board, and the results are shown in the form of figures.
