摘 要:在电液伺服阀控缸系统中,液压压下系统是控制复杂、负载力大、扰动因素多、交联耦合严重、控制精度和响应速度要求高的设备。以该系统作为负载,研究恒压源的特性具有代表性。以轧机液压压下控制系统为负载,建立恒压源-轧机压下系统仿真模型。通过仿真分析恒压源压力波动对控制系统产品精度的影响规律,通过实验分析轧制力变动与恒压源压力波动的相互关系。结果表明:恒压源压力波动越大,负载频率变化越快,控制系统的控制精度越低。为合理确定设备参数,改进供油系统的质量,提高系统控制精度提供依据。In the electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled cylinder system, the hydraulic automatic gauge control system has the characters of complexity, heavy load, many disturbance factors, strong coupling, high control precision and fast response speed. Taking the system as the load, the characteristic research of constant pressure source has great significance. The simulation model of constant pressure source-AGC of rolling mill was constructed. The influence rules of pressure fluctuation on product accuracy were sim- ulated. The relationship between rolling force and oil source pressure was analyzed through experiments. The results show that larger pressure fluctuation of constant pressure source and faster load frequency lead to lower control precision. It provides the basis to optimize the device parameters, improve the quality of oil-supply system and the control precision.
