摘 要:针对目前消防终端供电系统中,开关箱尚未采取防火参数设计,有关耐火试验的火源功率设置存在局限性且没有形成统一试验标准的问题.采用CFD软件FDS4.0,对室内火灾环境下开关箱表面温度场和辐射热通量进行1 800 s模拟分析.验证了开关箱表面温度分段现象是由于火焰的辐射影响和烟气对流、辐射共同作用造成的.分析了1 450 mm特征高度上温度随火源功率增长的变化趋势,根据多项式拟合,建立了2 MW以内稳定燃烧阶段的火源功率与温度的函数.为消防开关箱的设计和耐火试验标准的制定提供了参考依据.In view of the present fire terminal supply system, the existing problems are that the switch cabinet dose not adopt the design of the fire protection parameters,and the related fireproof experiment's fire power of establishment has limitation and does not have uniform test standard.The paper uses CFD software FDS4.0 to carry on simulation analysis of the switch cabinet surface temperature field and the radiation heat flux in 1800s in an indoor fire environment.The paper verifies that the piecewise phenomenon of the switch cabinet surface temperature is caused by the combined effects which are the flame radiation influence,the flue gas convection,and the radiation.We analyzes the change trend of the temperature with the fire power on the 1450mm typical altitude,and according to the polynomial fitting establish the function relationship between fire power and temperature on the stable combustion stage within 2MW.This paper provides reference for the design of switch cabinet for fire-fighting and the establishment of fireproof experiment standard in future.
