摘 要:油茶芽苗砧嫁接育苗技术是一项用油茶良种材料进行无性系繁殖的新技术。为了加快油茶良种育苗技术的推广应用,以提高油茶的单位面积产量和经济效益,采用完全随机区组设计,设不同厚度的湿沙催芽处理、不同的激素处理和不同透光度的遮阳网处理这3个试验因子,各因子设多种处理,4次重复,进行对比试验。结果表明:将油茶种子贮藏在室内,在其下面垫10 cm厚而上面盖5~7 cm厚的湿沙进行催芽处理,这种处理的效果好,但必须对接穗进行保湿处理,而不需要对接穗进行激素处理;根据天气情况选择适宜的遮阳网用来遮阴,可促进接穗的成活,如遇持续高温干旱的天气,选择透光度小于20%的遮阳网进行遮阴处理,其效果较好。The technology of seedling raising by seedling stock grafting in Camellia oleifera is a new clone propagation technology with improved varieties in C.oleifera.In order to speed up popularization and application of seedling raising technology in C.oleifera,and improve yield per unit area and economic benefits,the treatments of different wet sand thickness,hormones and transmittances were researched by using randomized complete-block design and 4 repetitions.The results showed that it had better germination effect when the seeds in C.oleifera were stored on 10 cm wet sand and covered 5-7 cm wet sand in doors.The scions need keep moisture,and didn't need hormone treatment.Selecting appropriate shade net according to weather conditions would promote survival rate of scion.In case of continued hot and dry weather,the transmittance less than 20% of shade net had better effect.
