摘 要:目的研究合理建立大鼠创伤性脑损伤(Traumatic brain injury,TBI)并应激性肝损害(Hepatic stress injury,HSI)的模型。方法采用Feeney自由落体撞击法建立TBI模型。观察伤后不同时间大鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平,同时光镜和电镜下观察肝组织的病理学改变。结果 TBI后6 h大鼠血清肝酶明显升高,并随时间延长升高更明显,同时光镜和电镜下可观察到大鼠肝组织从变性到坏死不同程度的改变。结论采用改良Feeney自由落体撞击法可成功建立TBI后HSI的大鼠模型。Objective To establish animal model of Hepatic stress injury(HSI) induced by Traumatic brain injury(TBI) in rats.Methods The model of TBI was built by an improved Feeney’s weight-dropping method.HSI groups were divided into four subgroups according to the different injury time(6 hours、12 hours、24 hours、48 hours) after brain trauma(n=10,for each subgroup).The serum levels of ALT、AST were determined,in association with microscopic and electron microscopic observations on pathological changes in liver.Results The activity of ALT and AST was obviously elevated at 6 hours after TBI.The injury was exacerbated with time passed,at the same time the HSItological changes of rats liver appeared from degeneration to necrosis in microscopic and electron microscopic observations.Conclusion The model of HSI induced by traumatic brain injury may be successfully built by an improved Feeney’s weight-dropping method.
