金水宝胶囊合山楂消脂胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病血浆内皮素Ⅰ及C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察金水宝胶囊和山楂消脂胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和C反应蛋白(C-RP)水平的影响,探讨金水宝胶囊合山楂消脂胶囊治疗早期DN的可能机制。方法将74例早期DN随机分为治疗组和对照组,在血糖控制良好的基础上,治疗组用金水宝胶囊和山楂消脂胶囊治疗,对照组用厄贝沙坦治疗,均治疗24周,比较2组空腹血糖、24 h尿微量白蛋白、ET-1、CRP及中医症状积分。结果治疗后2组空腹血糖、24 h尿微量白蛋白、ET-1、CRP及中医症状积分明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组比较除中医症状积分和24 h尿微量白蛋白外差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊合山楂消脂胶囊可明显改善早期DN患者临床症状。Objective To observation the clinical Research of capsule jinshuibao and capsule shanzhaxiaozhi affect to ET-1 and C-RP of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Choose early diabetic kidney patients 74 cases,kidney were randomly divided into two groups,treatment capsule jinshuibao and capsule shanzhaxiaozhi in the control group treated with irbesartan in the blood glucose control on the basis of a good,a total of 24 weeks.Detection,compared before and after treatment FBG,24h UAIb,ET-1,CRP,TCM symptom score.Results Two groups FBG,24h UAIb,ET-1,CRP,TCM symptom score decreased significantly,compared before and after treatment there were significant differences（P0.05）;Other indicators were no significant difference in addition to outside TCM symptom score and 24h UAIb in two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Treatment capsule jinshuibao and capsule shanzhaxiaozhi can improved the symptoms of early diabetic nephropathy,the mechanism may be related to reduced plasma ET-1 and C-RP related.
