摘　　要：本文通过对46例严重软组织损伤行游离皮瓣移植术病人的护理,针对可能出现的并发症进行阐述,提出:做好基础护理,制定护理措施,合理安排用药,预防并发症的发生。In this paper,in 46 cases of severe soft tissue injury-line free flap transplantation observation and care of patients for possible complications explanation and put forward：do primary care,develop nursing interventions,rationally arrange medication to prevent complications.
