摘　　要：情报体制比较完备的大国都分别设置了政府和军队两套不同的情报机构,美国的情报机构也不例外。美国情报机构体制的历史变革表明,美国的情报机构不仅从军事、反恐方面为国家的安全服务,而且日益强化情报在国家政治、经济、文化方面的效能。国家走向强大,离不开渗透在国家各个层面的情报的支撑,这是美国情报机构体制历史演进带给我们的有益启示。Large and powerful nations with relatively more complete intelligence system usually set up two different intelligence agencies： government one and army one, and U. S. intelligence agencies are no exception. The historical evolution of U. S. intelligence system indicates that the United States intelligence agencies provide the country＇ s security services from the military, counter-terrorism departments, and increasingly strengthen intelligence＇ s efficiency in the country ＇ s political, economic, and cultural aspects. A powerful country can not maintain its power without infiltration and support of the national intelligence at all levels; this is the useful lessons and significance presented to us by the historical evolution of U. S. intelligence system.
