氧气湿化瓶的细菌污染情况及护理对策

摘　　要：目的调查氧气湿化瓶的细菌污染情况,并提出相应的对策。方法 2009年1-8月按便利抽样法抽取某院胸外科、神经外科、神经内科、呼吸内科等4个临床科室140个使用后的氧气湿化瓶进行细菌污染情况的调查。结果胸外科、神经外科、神经内科、呼吸内科等科的氧气湿化瓶标本消毒前的平均菌落数分别为(21±5)、(19±3)、(12±4)、(29±6)cfu/m2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性标本检出率分别为75.8%、79.6%、65.2%和97.8%,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氧气湿化瓶检测出的主要菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌占22.00%、肺炎克雷伯菌占19.33%、铜绿假单胞菌占16.67%、鲍氏不动杆菌占9.09%、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌占6.00%、其他杂菌占26.67%。各种菌株检出率最高的为呼吸内科,最低的为神经内科。结论氧气湿化瓶的污染相当严重,护理人员要加强氧气湿化瓶的消毒,注意改善病房环境,提高输氧装置的清洁消毒意识。Objective To investigate the bacterial pollution situation of oxygen humidity bottles and seek corresponding countermeasures.Methods An investigation was conducted with convenience sampling on the bacterial pollution situation of 140 oxygen humidity bottles from the departments of thoracic surgery,neurosurgery,neurology and respiratory medicine from January to August,2009 in the hospital.Results The average bacteria colony counts of the samples of oxygen humidity bottles from the the departments of thoracic surgery,neurosurgery,neurology and respiratory medicine were（21±5）、（19±3）、（12±4）、（29±6）cfu/m2 respectively（P0.05） and the positive detection rates were 75.8%、79.6%、65.2%、97.8%,respectively（P0.05）.The major bacteria detected in the oxygen humidity bottles were Staphylococcus aureus（22.00%）,Klebsiella pneumoniae（19.33%）,Verdigris pseudomonad（16.67%）,Bao motionless bacillus（9.09%）,Strenotrophomonas maltophilia（6.00%） and other mixed fungi（26.67%）.The strain detection rate was highest in the department of respiratoy medicine and lowest in the department of neurology.Conclusion Serious pollutions are observed in oxygen connecting tubes and oxygen humidity bottles which requires a strengthened awareness in the disinfection of oxygen humidity bottles,improvement of ward environment and cleaning disinfection of oxygen devices.
