东莞市2005-2008年医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解东莞市各级医疗机构的消毒状况,把医院感染管理落到实处,预防院内感染的发生。方法按《消毒技术规范》卫发监发[2002]282号和《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》GB50333-2002,对2005-2008年东莞市各医疗机构消毒监测质量进行分析。结果共监测样品2903份,总合格率为94.28%;2005-2008年各年度平均合格率分别为96.02%、93.79%、92.31%、95.55%,差别有统计学意义(χ2=11.50,P<0.05);不同级别医疗机构合格率分别为市级94.64%、镇级94.37%、卫生站90.32%;所检项目中,空气合格率最低,合格率为77.22%。结论东莞市各级医疗机构消毒质量较高,但仍要加强医护人员的培训,增强医务人员的消毒意识,防止医院内感染。Objective To understand the disinfection condition at all levels of medical institutions of the city,implement the management of nosocomial infection,and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection.Methods According to the ＂Disinfection technical criterion＂,Wei Fa Jian Fa[2002] No.282,and the ＂hospital clean operating department building technical specifications＂,GB50333-2002,the quality of disinfection in various medical institutions in Dongguan city from 2005 to 2008 was analyzed.Results A total of 2 903 samples were monitored,with the total qualification rate of 94.28%.From 2005 to 2008 the annual average qualification rates were 96.02%,93.79%,92.31% and 95.55%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant（χ^2 =11.50,P〈 0.05）.The qualification rate of disinfection in municipal,township and rural medical institutions were 94.64%,94.37% and 90.32%,respectively.Air qualification rate was the lowest in all mornitoring items,of 77.22%.Conclusions The disinfection qualities at all levels of the medical institutions of the city were quite good.There were still more measures should be taken to enhance the training of medical staff,increase the awareness of disinfection of medical staff,and prevent nosocomial infection.
