摘　　要：目的探讨四手操作诊疗护理技术在口腔临床诊疗中的实施。方法从设备准备、医护患体位及位置关系、四手操作的基本技能、四手操作的临床应用等方面系统阐述实施四手操作诊疗护理技术的要求、方法、步骤及注意事项。结论要正确实施四手操作诊疗护理技术,护士必需掌握一定的口腔专业知识,调节好医护患三者的位置,熟练掌握器械的传递,保持清洁的治疗区域,才能有效提高工作效率及医疗质量。Objective Explore the usage of four-handed nursing technique in the dental clinics. Methods Elaborate on requirement, methods procedures and matters of attention of nursing technique from the equipment,posture,four-handed technique, the clinical operation and so on. Conclusion To operate this technique, nurses must grasp the professional knowledge of oral cavity,adjust the relationship among the doctors ,nurses and patients ,master the transferring of appliance ,clean area of treatment.Only this,work efficiency and medical quality can be improved.
