旅游劳工移民的文化身份建构——基于文化适应视角的个案研究

摘　　要：文化身份的研究对于探究旅游劳工移民的本质,理解旅游移民文化和社会融合等问题具有重要意义。笔者通过对大理古城旅游劳工移民文化适应过程的考察发现:旅游劳工移民的文化身份是在对移居地的文化适应中建构起来的;与其他移民相比,旅游劳工移民文化身份的建构具有更强的流动性、自致性和边缘性特征。文章可丰富旅游移民社会文化影响的相关理论和案例,并为旅游地和谐社会构建提供理论参考。The cultural identity research contributes greatly to comprehending the nature of tourism labor migration;to understanding tourism migration culture and social integration.The author provides an investigation of the cultural adaptation process of tourism labor migration in Dali and finds out that the cultural identity of tourism labor migration is constructed during the cultural adaptation of resettlement destination.The cultural identity construction of tourism labor migration is characterized by mobility,self-motivated and marginality.This research enriches the theoretic and field studies of the tourism migration culture and provides some theoretic references for the construction of a harmonious society in the tourism destination.
