超激光治疗仪联合持续硬膜外镇痛治疗带状疱疹的疗效及护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超激光治疗仪联合持续硬膜外镇痛方法治疗带状疱疹的疗效,并对其护理过程及效果进行观察。方法选取我院疼痛科门诊2007年12月至2008年10月收治的42例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,对其分为超激光治疗仪联合持续硬膜外镇痛组(观察组)21例和单纯硬膜外镇痛组(对照组)21例,分别采取超激光治疗仪联合持续硬膜外镇痛和单纯硬膜外镇痛的方法治疗带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛,并对其治疗前后的护理效果进行观察比较。结果观察组在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面的效果优于对照组,P<0.01,效果确切。结论超激光治疗仪联合持续硬膜外镇痛的方法优于传统的单纯硬膜外镇痛治疗带状疱疹的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effects of the use of an ultra-laser therapeutical instrument in the treatment of herpes zoster in combination with continuous epidural analgesia and the effects of nusing.Methods Forty-two patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital between December 2007 and October 2008 were equally divided into 2 groups,1 observation group and 1 control group.Herpes zoster and its residual neuralgia were treated with an ultra-laser therapeutical instrument in combination with continuous epidural analgesia and by simple epidural analgesia,respectively.And the effects of nursing before and after the treatment were observed and compared.Results The effects of treating herpes zoster and its residual neuralgia in the observation group were superior to those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The method of using an ultra-laser therapeutical instrument in the treatment of herpes zoster and its residual neuralgia in combination with continuous epidural analgesia is superior to that of traditional simple epidural analgesia and worth clinical application and dissemination.
