住房保障诚信申请的博弈分析

摘　　要：针对住房保障申请过程中的诚信缺失现象,建立了申请人和住房保障主管部门之间的博弈模型,并通过博弈分析,研究得出惩罚、名誉损失、住房保障补贴和审核力度等各种因素对申请人诚信选择的影响关系,建议对于不诚信申请行为给予相当的经济惩罚并记入个人信用系统,同时,主管部门应加强宣传和审核力度。Based on the case of discredit in the application process of housing security,the game model of the application between applicants and the housing security department is set up,and through the game analysis,the paper studies the effect of the applicant＇s credible choice on the factors such as amercement,loss of reputation,assistance and audit efforts.The article suggests substantial financial penalties for the acts of bad faith in the application process and recording them in the individual credit system,and at the same time,the housing security department should enhance propaganda and make more audit efforts.
