冠脉通胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者心电图及甲皱微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的研究冠脉通胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及部分作用机制。方法选择2009年1月—2009年12月门诊及住院的冠心病心绞痛患者70例,采用随机分组法分为治疗组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组以异山梨酯(消心痛)为治疗药物每次5mg,1日3次;治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用冠脉通胶囊,5粒/次,3次/日,疗程为4周。治疗结束后对患者的心绞痛症状、心电图及患者甲皱微循环的改变进行分析。结果冠脉通胶囊对冠心病心绞痛症状改善及对异常心电图的ST变化有明确疗效,能明显改善甲皱微循环状态,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠脉通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。Objective To study clinical efficacy of Guanmaitong capsule on coronary heat disease and its mechanism.Methods Seventy patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=35）treated with Guanmaitong capsule and the control group（n=35）treated with isosorbide dinitrate for four weeks.The electrocardiogram（ECG）and the nail fold microcirculation were analyzed after the treatment.Results Compared with the control group,ST in ECG and nail fold microcirculation in treatment group were improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Guanmaitong capsule was effective for treatment of angina pectoris.
