摘　　要：结合我国物资流通产业的形势和中国铁路物资总公司的实际,论证分析建立现代企业制度,组建中国铁路物资集团的必要性和可行性,探讨中国铁路物资集团的管理模式。According to the current situation of material flow industry of China and the practice of China Railway Supplies and Procurement Corporation, it is necessary and feasible to establish China Railway Supplies and Procurement Corporation in light of modern enterprise system. Discussions are focused on the management mode to be adopted by the Group.
