摘 要:参考幼叶、子叶为外植体诱导丛生芽的方法,利用花生种子胚生长旺盛的特性,以花生种子胚中段为外植体材料建立一个新植株再生体系。结果表明,在含3.0mg/L的6-BA的MS培养基上,培养30d可以诱导出丛生芽,诱导率达到92.5%;丛生芽转至1/2MS+0.2mg/LIBA+0.1mg/LNAA的培养基中培养2~3周,生根形成完整植株。Reference to young leaves, cotyledons as explants induced adventitious shoots, using the peanut seed embryo vigorous growth characteristics, a new regeneration system was established by using the middle piece of embryo of peanut. It laid the foundation for genetic and transgenic manipulation of peanut. The results showed that the adventitious shoots were induced from middle piece of embryo cultured on MS medium supplemented with 3.0mg/L 6-BA for 30 d. Induction frequency of adventitious shoots was 92.5%. Rooting was achieved after adventitious shoot was transplanted to1/2MS+0.2mg/L IBA+0.1mg/L NAA medium for 2~3 weeks.
