摘 要:将生产辛醇废碱液通过蒸发浓缩,用浓缩过程中产生的水蒸汽汽提废碱液中的醇、醛,经水蒸汽冷凝后直接回用于缩合反应工段。浓缩后的废碱液与氯丁烷反应,用相转移催化技术直接合成丁酸丁酯。通过实验验证了该工艺的可行性,并得到了丁酸丁酯合成的最佳工艺条件:反应温度70℃,丁酸钠和氯代正丁烷的物质的量之比1.2∶1.0,催化剂质量分数5%,反应时间100 min。基于这个条件生产,酯化率达到99.4%,丁酸丁酯产品纯度99.1%。Evaporation was used to concentrate the waste alkali liquor while butyraldehyde and butylacohol in the waste alkali liquor were separated by the steam-stripping.Butyl butyrate was produced using concentrated waste alkali liquor and chlorine butane as raw material by PTC technology.The experimental results showed that the feasibility of the process and the optimum synthesis conditions of butyl butyrate were temperature 70 ℃,n(sodium butyrate):n(chlorine butane)= 1.2∶1.0,catalyst amount 5 wt %,time 100 min.Under this condition,the yield was up to 99.4 % and the purity of butyl butyrate was 99.1 %.
