摘 要:目的:探讨EB病毒(EBV)、P53及Ki67在鼻息肉组织中的表达及其与鼻息肉发病的相关性。方法:利用免疫组化方法检测30例鼻息肉患者术后的鼻息肉组织中EBV毒、P53及Ki67的表达情况。另检测10例鼻中隔偏曲患者正常鼻粘膜组织的EBV、P53及Ki67表达。结果:正常鼻粘膜中EBV毒、P53及Ki67表达的阳性率分别为10%、0%与0%;鼻息肉组织中的EBV阳性率为46.7%,P53的阳性率为33.3%,Ki67(Ⅱ~Ⅳ)为40%。结论:EB病毒的感染及Ki67、P53的阳性表达与鼻息肉的发病密切相关。Objective:To investigate the expression of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),P53 and Ki-67 in nasal polyps tissue,and their relevance to the pathogenesis of human nasal polyps.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of EBV,P53 and Ki67 in excisional nasal polyps tissue from 30 patients with nasal polyps.In addition,the expression of EBV,P53 and Ki67 were also detected in normal nasal mucosa from 10 patients with the nasal septum deviation.Results:In the normal nasal mucosa,the positive rates of EBV,P53 and Ki67 expression were 10%,0% and 0% respectively.In the nasal polyps tissues,EBV positive rate was 46.7%,P53 positive rate was 33.3%,and Ki67(stage from Ⅱ to Ⅳ) positive rate was 40%.Conclusions:EBV infection and Ki-67,P53 postive expression suggest that they closely correlate with the pathogenesis of human nasal polyps.
