摘　　要：马铃薯块茎借休眠以渡过不利其生长的条件,从而保证世代繁衍的遗传特性。马铃薯块茎的大小和休眠时间的长短影响其商品价值和利用时间,储藏过程中的休眠解除会造成水分、养分大量消耗,以至丧失应用价值。随着生产发展的需要,有关马铃薯休眠的研究已经被提出,了解休眠特征和打破休眠的方法,对于栽培和储藏保鲜具有十分重要的意义。Potato tubers avoid unfavorable growth conditions by dormancy,therefore ensuring their reproductions.Potato tuber size and its dormancy strength influence its commercial value and utilization time.Dormancy breaking during the storage can lead to water loss and nutrition depletion,or even lose its utility value.With the need of the production development,researches about potato tuber dormancy are being carried out.Understanding the dormancy mechanism and choosing proper method for dormancy breaking are of great significance for the cultivation and storage of potatoes.
