摘 要:[目的]观察三黄泻心汤水提取物对NaF诱导的血管平滑肌肌球蛋白结合亚单位(MYPT1)和肌球蛋白轻链(MLC20)磷酸化的影响.[方法]采用SDS-PAGE和Urea-PAGE方法观察三黄泻心汤水提取物对MYPT1和MLC20磷酸化水平的影响.[结果]三黄泻心汤水提取物抑制NaF诱导的MYPT1和MLC20的磷酸化,但对由phorbol12,13-dibutyrate诱导的MYPT1磷酸化无影响.[结论]三黄泻心汤提取物可抑制由NaF诱导的MYPT1和MLC的磷酸化.OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Sanhuang Xiexin Tang on phosphorylation of the myosin phosphatase targeting subunit1(MYPT 1)and myosin light chain(MLC20)in vascular smooth muscle induced by NaF.METHODS The effects of Sanhuang Xiexin Tang on phosphorylation levels of MYPT 1 and MLC20 were detected by SDS-PAGE and Urea-PAGE.RESULTS The aqueous extract of Sanhuang Xiexin Tang could inhibit the levels of phosphorylation of MYPT 1 and MLC20 induced by NaF,but did not affect the level of phosphorylation of MYPT 1 induced by PDBu.CONCLUSION The aqueous extract of Sanhuang Xiexin Tang could inhibit the levels of phosphorylation of MYPT 1 and MLC20 induced by NaF.
