大叶小檗水提取物对小鼠S_(180)荷瘤生长的抑制作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨大叶小檗水提取物对小鼠S180荷瘤生长的抑制作用.[方法]按照标准方法给小鼠接种S180荷瘤细胞,随机分组,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的大叶小檗水提取物.观察大叶小檗水提取物对小鼠S180荷瘤的生长抑制率、免疫器官质量分数及体重等指标的影响.[结果]小、中、大剂量大叶小檗水提取物均显著抑制S180荷瘤生长,肿瘤抑制率分别为31.77%,47.90%,33.33%;大剂量大叶小檗水提取物明显降低S180荷瘤小鼠胸腺质量分数.[结论]大叶小檗水提取物可抑制小鼠S180荷瘤的生长.OBJECTIVE To study the inhibitory effects of water extract of the Berberis Amurensis for the S180 sarcoma cells in mice.METHODS The S180 sarcoma cells were inoculated into the mice according to the standard approach,and mice were randomly divided and performed by intragastric administration with different dosages of water extract of the Berberis Amurensis,and the growth inhibitory ratio of the S180 sarcoma cells,mass weight of immune organs and spleen-body ratio were observed.RESULTS The low,medium and high doses of water extract of Berberis Amurensis could inhibite the growth of S180 sarcoma cells,and the tumor inhibitory rates were 31.77 %,47.90 %,33.33 %,respectively.The mass weight of immune organs was inhibited by the high dose of water extrat of the Berberis Amurensis.CONCLUSION The water extract of Berberis Amurensis can inhibit effectively the growth of S180 sarcoma cells in mice.
