摘  要:[目的]分析关苍术挥发油的化学成分及含量.[方法]采用不加夹带剂二氧化碳超临界萃取(SFE)法及加入夹带剂(乙醇)二氧化碳超临界萃取(SFC加C)法对关苍术进行萃取,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对关苍术挥发油进行成分鉴定,用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量.[结果]从用SFE法提取的关苍术挥发油中鉴定出37种成分,从SFE加C法提取的中鉴定出55种化合物,2种方法所得提取物中8种成分相同.[结论]基本确定了关苍术挥发油的化学成分.OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical compositions and contents of the volatile oil of Atractylodes japonica.METHODS By using CO2 supercritical extraction without cosolvent added(SFE)and CO2 SFE with cosolvent(ethanol)added(SFE+C),the Atractycodes japonica was extracted,and the chemical compositions of the volatile oil of Atractycodes japonica were analyzed by GC-MS,and their percentage of relative contents were calculated by area normalization.RESULTS From the volatile oil of Atractycodes japonica,37 kinds of compositions were identified by SEF,and 55 kinds of compositions were identified by SFE+C,in which 8 kinds of compositions extracted by two methods were the same.CONCLUSION The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of Atractylodes japonica are basically detected.
