从白马山2000t/d生产线投产看水泥工业技术进步

摘　　要：白马山水泥厂四号窑是天津水泥工业设计研究院为海螺集团设计的第二条2000t／d水泥熟料新型手法生产线，该线技术水平先进、工期短、投资低；并采用了多项新技术，包括天津院开发的用于原料粉磨系统的TLS组合式高效选粉机，首次用于2000t／d新建生产线的TC系列充气梁熟料蓖冷机、TP型Φ18m生料均化库，以及改进后的窑尾预热器系统。文章结合该生产线的设计特点介绍了天津院近年来在研究开发方面取得的最新实用成果。Baimashan Cement Plant is the second 2000t/ d cement clinker modern dry process production line designed by TCDRI for Conch Group. This line is characherised by advanced technology, short duration of construction and saved investment. The new technology includes the TLS combined high efficiency separator used for raw mill which is developed by TCDRI, TC series aerated beam grate cooler which is firstly used for newly - built 2000t/ d production line, Type TPΦ18m raw meal blending silo and improved kiln inlet pre heater system. The paper also introduces the latest - developed and researched results worked out by TCDRI.
