摘　　要：目的:探讨温州市某医院肛肠外科预住院实践效果,为临床路径的实施提供参考依据。方法:将混合痔、肛瘘2009年1月-5月实施预住院的患者作为观察组,2病种2008年1月-5月传统住院方式的患者作为对照组,对2组患者相关情况进行比较。结果:2组患者术前平均住院日、平均住院日存在显著性差异(<0.05)。结论:实施预住院,对缓解住院难问题,缩短术前平均住院日,提高床位周转率,合理利用卫生资源等均起到了积极促进作用,值得推广和借鉴。Objective：To discuss the effect about application of pre-hospital in the department of anus intestine surgery,and provide reference foundation for the practice of clinical pathway.Methods：To chose the mixed hemorrhoid patients and anal fistula patients from Jan-uary 2009 to May 2009 treated with pre-hospital as observation group,and comparison group including the mixed hemorrhoid patients and anal fistula patients from January 2008 to May 2008 is designed to receive traditional admission mode.And compare the two groups.Result：There are some significant differences between the two groups,such as preoperative average hospital stay,etc（P0.05）.Conclusion：Application of pre-hospital is worth promotion and to draw lessons from.And it can shorten preoperative average hospital stay,and improve bed rotation rate,and suitable utilization of health resources.
