松江区居民社区卫生服务满意度及影响因素Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的:分析影响上海市松江区居民对社区卫生服务满意度的因素。方法:对资料采用SPSS16.0软件进行描述性统计和logistic回归分析。结果:居民对社区卫生服务的总体满意度为92.8%,影响满意度的主要因素为年龄、职业、收入、付费方式和户籍来源。结论:松江区城乡居民对社区卫生服务的总体满意度较高,但仍有改进的空间,有关管理者应该采取积极有针对性的措施以促进当地社区卫生服务的可持续发展。Objective：Use logistic regression method to analyze the factors that influence satisfaction to the community health services.Methods：The data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software.Descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis were used.Results：The overall satisfaction rate is 92.8%.Factors influence residents’satisfaction are ageoccupation,income,method of payment and residence.Conclusion：The residents in Songjiang have a higher satisfaction rate of the community health services,but there is still room for improvement.The man-agers should adopt positive measures to promote the sustainable development of the local community health services.
