摘　　要：目的:了解淮安市农村老年人的卫生服务需求现状及影响因素,为进一步完善老年医保提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对淮安市淮阴区王营镇小营村的老年人进行入户问卷调查。用SPSS16.0统计软件进行分析处理。结果:老年人群慢性病患病率为64.4%,家人仍然是老人患病主要照顾者。老年人就医最大困难是医疗费用问题,最希望得到定期体检,健康教育和医生出诊的服务。结论:农村老年人主要因经济困难影响就医行为。应进一步提高农村合作医疗老年病人报销比例,加强村卫生室和乡镇医院建设,加强培养适合老年人需要的医、技、护理人才。Objective：Learn about Huaian rural elderly health service requirements and the influential factors,to further improve elderly Medicare.Methods：Take a cluster sampling methods,conducted guestionnaire survey in Xiaoyin village of Wangyin county of Huaiyin district of Huai＇an city the questionnaire.Use SPSS16.0 to analyze statistical software.Results：The prevalence of chronic diseases result in 64.4%,his family is still the primary caregivers of the elderly sick.The old man seeking the most difficult problems in medical expenses,most regular medical examination,health education and a doctor makes house calls for service.Conclusions：The rural elderly mainly because of financial difficulties affecting behavior.Should further enhance cooperative medical claim the proportion of elderly patients,and strengthen village and township hospital construction,strengthen the training for the elderly in need of medical,skill and nursing talent.
