摘　　要：提出了一种基于Simplorer7.0实现锁相环电路的仿真分析方法,通过对锁相环电路进行数学分析,采用VHDL-AMS语言对鉴相器、环路滤波器、压控振荡器等进行行为级建模,在此基础上,架构了锁相环模型,并对其进行分析.从仿真结果可以得出,利用VHDL-AMS对模型行为级建模,具有概念清晰、仿真简捷、高效.A simulation method of phase locked loop（PLL） circuits based on Simplorer 7.0 is presented.By analyzing the mathematical model of PLL,and the behavior-level models f phase detector（PD）,loop filiter（LF）,voltage controlled oscillator（VCO） based on VHDL-AMS language are built,and on this basis,the PLL model is constructed.Simultaneously,the PLL circuits model is analyzed.The simulation results show that it has the advantage of clear model concept,simple simulation and high efficiency based on VHDL-AMS language for the model behavior level modeling.
