摘　　要：作者围绕郭重庆院士"中国管理学界的社会责任与历史使命"一文,结合我们自08年接受"管理学在中国"主任基金项目的一些思考,力图从更广泛的学术视野,对郭院士的"呼吁"做出响应。我们认为,中国管理学界存在的诸多问题,已不仅仅是认识、方法,而更是态度、行动问题。学术界必须把自己的研究重点放在"解释中国现象,解决中国问题"这一根本使命上,而且,也只有通过国家自然科学基金委管理学部来扮演中国管理学术弊端的破冰者,才能最大程度地激发更多严肃的学者踏踏实实地搞好研究、改进教学、服务社会,回归学者之本分,才能真正承担起自己的"社会责任与历史使命"。另外,文中还特别针对几个关键问题,就郭院士的说法提出了进一步的剖析。In this paper, the authors offer an action-oriented interpretation on The Social Responsibility and Historical Mission of China Management Science Academe by Guo Chongqin from the wider academic perspective. The authors argue the critical issue in Chinese management community is to better put the research on how to realize the Chinese organization and how to solve the problems in Chinese context. Only if the National Nature Science Fund （NNSF） make radical change so as to encourage more scholars to do relevant research, to improve teaching, and to serve the community in conformity with their social responsibility and historical mission. By the way, the authors offer detailed discussion on several ideas mentioned by Guo Chongqing in his paper.
